I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Originally a dancer and an actor I started practicing yoga to gain better control and understanding of my body which led me to stumble upon yoga’s many other benefits, such as a decrease of chronic pain, and a release of stress & anxiety. I noticed a higher self-esteem and the ability to communicate more effectively with those around me. I completed a 200+ hour Yoga Alliance resgistered teacher certification program with Christy Marsden through Yoga Blend in Burbank CA. Following the teachings of Krishnamacharya, I learned how yoga is suited for everyone and how to help every body gain the most from its practices. Utilizing demonstration and individual attention to aid each student I am excited to share the many tools yoga offers with everyone.
